As seen on Season 23 of Oxygen's Snapped, Kimberly Ross plead guilty to the first degree murder of her husband, William
“Bill” Ross. He had been shot three times. Initially she claimed intruders had broken into the home and killed him while he slept. This crime was also committed by Justin Paul Young, a friend of her son and Ashley Mai Cook, a young woman who viewed Kimberly as a mother figure. She killed Bill so she was free to marry Terry Aber, whom she had had an affair with for many years.
She has appealed her plea deal and lost, as is nearly always the case. She was sentenced to life without parole for her role.
